This course is designed for new Farm Administrators and new entrants to the farming sector who would like to understand more about the evolving farming industry, standard farming practice, key roles and responsibilities and key legal and compliance requirements that apply to farm office administration. The course contains the key aspects that need to be considered and how the student can keep up to date with the changing requirements in their line of work. The format of this course is pre-work and pre-work test, followed by a Zoom virtual classroom for each module, then access to short recordings and finally a course assessment. Students receive the pre-work 3 weeks before the virtual classroom date, and the pre-work test needs to be submitted at least one week before the virtual classroom. Students need to successfully pass the pre-work test to be able to join the virtual classroom sessions.
