He is the former CEO of Campbell Soup Company, former President of Nabisco Foods, and former Chairman of Avon Products. He has served as Chairman of CECP, Chairman of the Higher Ambition Leadeship Institute, and on a multitude of for-profit and non-profit boards. And he is the bestselling author of two books on leadership: TouchPoints co-authored with Mette Norgaard and The Blueprint co-authored with Amy Federman.
