The World Administrators Alliance

The WA-Alliance is a non-profit association, representing Administrative Professional Associations, Networks and Industry Partners across the globe.
The WA-Alliance is the creator of the Global Skills Matrix, a globally recognised, award-winning framework for administrators and HR teams that, irrespective of country, makes it possible to identify levels of work for a given role and career progression opportunities to realise the potential to an organisation of an effective administrator.
The World Administrators Alliance Council is the governing body of the Alliance, elected by its members. The Council meets online every three weeks.
We invite Administrative Professional Associations and Networks, Industry Stakeholders, and individuals with (yet) no association in their country to join us.
